Who we are
Moneza LLC (“Yuumi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website tryyuumi.com (the “Site”). Our priority is to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for every customer. Please review the details of our shipping process below.
Order Processing Time
We process orders very quickly. Most orders are packed and prepared for shipment within 0 to 1 business day.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5 pm are usually processed the same day
- Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
If an item requires additional time to prepare, we will notify you.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it is handed to the carrier. Estimated delivery time:
5 to 8 business days depending on your location.
Shipping times may vary due to:
- Weather delays
- Carrier delays
- Seasonal demand
- Customs processing for international shipments
We appreciate your patience while your order is on its way.
Pre Order Items
Some items may be offered as Pre Order. Pre Order items are not yet in stock and therefore require additional processing time before they ship.
If an item is marked as Pre Order, please allow 8 to 10 business days for preparation before the order is handed to the carrier. Once the Pre Order item ships, it follows the same delivery timeline as regular orders which is 5 to 8 business days.
If your order contains both a Pre Order item and in stock items, we will ship the entire order together once the Pre Order item is ready. This ensures consistent tracking and a smooth delivery process.
Because Pre Order items are reserved specifically for you, cancellations are only possible before the item enters the preparation phase. Once processing has begun, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Free Shipping
Yuumi offers free shipping on selected bundles and qualifying orders. Applicable shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking information typically activates within 24 to 48 hours after the carrier picks up your order.
If you do not see a tracking email within three (3) days:
- Check your spam folder
- Search for "Yuumi" in your inbox
- Contact us at support@tryyuumi.com

How to Place an Order
The ordering process is simple:
- Go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart.
- Check the correct variants and click "Add to Cart".
- Enter your address details correctly and click "Secure Checkout".
- Review your address details again and click "Continue to payment".
- Choose a secure payment method:
- Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
- EPS
- Direct payment
- Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
- Click "Complete Order" and follow the instructions to finalize your payment.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
We allow address changes within one hour of placing your order. If you need an update, email support@tryyuumi.com immediately.
If the parcel has already been processed:
- We cannot change the address
- The carrier will attempt delivery to the provided address
- If the parcel is returned, refused, or disposed of because of an incorrect address Yuumi cannot refund the order
- We can reship your order for a 15% reshipment fee
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:
- Check around the delivery area
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Contact the carrier directly
If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, email us within 7 days at support@tryyuumi.com.
Yuumi is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on the destination country.
Please note:
- These charges are not included in your order total
- These fees must be paid by the recipient
- We cannot control or predict the cost
- If you refuse the customs fee or fail to collect your parcel, we cannot issue a refund
We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@tryyuumi.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or reshipment.
Please allow up to 5 business days after the estimated delivery date before reporting a package as lost, as delays can sometimes occur.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryyuumi.com. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
