60-Day Happiness Guarantee
We're confident Yuumi Mood Snacks will make a difference for your child. That's why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
Guarantee terms:
- The 60-day guarantee applies to one (1) purchased unit per order only.
- Bonus, free, or promotional items (such as the free item in a Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 3 Get 2 Free offer) are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
- To qualify, you must have used the product consistently for at least 30 days. Real changes in mood, focus, and behavior take time to develop, and most families see meaningful results between weeks 3 and 6.
- Only first-time purchases are eligible. The guarantee cannot be used on repeat or subscription orders.
- One guarantee claim per customer, per household.
- You must provide your order number and a brief description of your experience.
To claim your guarantee, email support@tryyuumi.com within 60 days of delivery. We may ask you to return the unused portion before processing your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our support team. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return instructions below.
Standard Return Policy
Outside of the 60-Day Happiness Guarantee, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
- Opened items are not eligible for return outside of the 60-Day Happiness Guarantee.
- Promotional, bonus, and free items included in bundle offers cannot be returned for a refund or credit.
Return Instructions
- Contact Support: Email support@tryyuumi.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 48 hours. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
- Package Securely: Ensure the item is safely packaged with all original packaging intact.
- Ship the Item: Use a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or denial within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
Subscription Orders
Subscription (autoship) orders are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Unopened items only.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The 60-Day Happiness Guarantee does not apply to recurring subscription shipments. It applies to first-time purchases only.
You can cancel, pause, or manage your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support@tryyuumi.com.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. If you ordered the wrong product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Defective or Damaged: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and send the correct product.
- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us to start a carrier investigation.
Bundle & Promotional Order Refunds
For orders placed using a promotional offer (Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 3 Get 2 Free, or similar):
- Refunds are calculated based on the price paid for purchased items only.
- Free or bonus items have no refund value and must be returned alongside purchased items for a full refund to be processed.
- Partial returns of bundle orders will be refunded at the per-unit price paid, not the original retail price.
- If bonus items are not returned with the purchased items, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Policy Amendments
Yuumi reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
